Carlos English
• Scored in double figures for the fourth time this year, finishing with a career-high 19 points. His previous best was 12 points vs. Rochester (11/26).
Carlos English grabbed a career-high 5 rebounds, bettering the old mark of three set at Michigan State (12/16).
• Added to his Horizon League-leading steal total with three, giving him 20 this season.
• Was 4-of-6 from three-point to improve to 16-of-40 this year (.400).

J'Nathan Bullock
• Scored in double figures for the fifth time this year, finishing with 17 points, his second-highest single game scoring total.
• Added seven rebounds, his second-highest single game total.

Luke Murphy
• Blocked a career-high six shots, including five;l in the first half, the fourth-highest single game total in CSU history, trailing only the record 7 done three times.
• Added a career-high 11 points, bettering his old mark of 10 at UIC (1/17/04).

Frashon McGee
• Scored eight points with eight rebounds, his second-best performance this year in both categroies.

Miscellaneous
• This was the first meeting between CSU and John Carroll in 21 seasons. They last met on Nov. 28, 1984.
• Viking freshman forward Renard Fields left the game early in the first half after suffering a sprained right knee.
• The win improved CSU's record to 4-5 while JCU dropped to 6-3.
• The win was the Vikings sixth straight over the Blue Streaks dating back to the 1967-68 season. JCU has a 31-13 lead in the all-time series.
• Sophomore Jason Holder made his Viking debut, playing 9 minutes. He had one point.
• CSU had a commanding 53-37 rebounding advantage, its largest margin this season. It was only the third time this year that CSU out-rebounded its opponent.
• The Vikings held JCU to .267 shooting (20-75), the lowest total by a CSU opponent this year. JCU was just 5-28 from three-point (.179), another CSU opponent low.
• CSU set season highs for shooting from the field (29-59, .492) and from the line (22-29, .759).
