CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State golf team will be back in action this week, competing in the Austin Peay Intercollegiate Monday, March 23 and Tuesday, March 24.
This will be the second of six events for the Vikings this spring, and the first since the season opener in mid-February.
The Austin Peay Intercollegiate, which will be played at GreyStone Golf Club (Par 72, 7,147 yards), will feature 36 holes with a 9:00 a.m. (EST) shotgun start on Monday, and 18 holes with a 9:00 a.m. (EST) shotgun start on Tuesday.
Cleveland State will be one of 16 teams in the field, and the lone Horizon League representative.
The Viking lineup will once again feature
Brody Simms,
Dillon Pendergast,
Dominik Cosic,
Ryan Dinan, and
Trace Gibson.
Last time out, the Vikings placed 13
th as a team at the Wexford Intercollegiate, paced by Brody Sims who placed T-14 – his sixth top-15 finish of the season.
