Viking of the Week
Matteo Correia, Men's Soccer
Recorded the lone goal of a 1-1 draw against Santa Clara in the season opener, marking the sophomore's 10^th collegiate goal.

Women's Soccer
-The Vikings return to Krenzler Field on Thursday to take on St. Francis.
-Last time out, Cleveland State dropped a 2-1 contest at Bowling Green.
-Myra Sesmas picked up her first goal of the year against the Falcons, and Hayleigh Lewis made six saves.

Men's Soccer
-Cleveland State is back in action this evening, on the road at Grand Canyon.
-The Vikings opened the season with a 1-1 draw at home against Santa Clara last time out.
-Reigning #HLMSOC Freshman of the Year Matteo Correia picked up where he left off, with his first goal of the year in the eighth minute off an assist from Djordje Petrovic.

Volleyball
-The Vikings will open the 2025 campaign in Wyoming, facing Colorado, Tulsa and the host Cowgirls during the three-day tournament (August 29-31).
-This weekend's tournament will be the first of three early-season tournaments for the Vikings.
-Cleveland State enters the season as the reigning #HLVB Champions, led by All-Tournament Team honoree Laken Voss.

Cross Country
-Cleveland State opens the 2025 season with a 4K at the Wooster Invite on Friday.
-Ana Crangle will look to lead the Vikings after earning All-League honors last season.
