Last Game Out
The Vikings remained unbeaten in league play after their second half comeback against Wright State on Saturday evening, winning 2-1. The Raiders scored the lone goal of the first half off a free kick in the 31st minute.
 
Cleveland State pulled even in the 51st minute after a VAR call gave Jacob Deever a penalty kick. Peleg Armendariz then scored the game-winner in the 80th minute off a cross from Josip Rimac. Ryan Poling made one save to earn the win.
 
Team Leaders
Armendariz leads the Vikings with three goals with two of those being game-winners in the previous two outings. Rimac has a team-best four assists, which includes one in the previous four games. Poling has played every minute in goal, accumulating 24 saves and two clean sheets.
 
About the Falcons
Bowling Green enters the non-league game with a 4-5-2 overall record and are coming off a 4-1 loss at Belmont on Friday. The Falcons are 4-0-0 on the heels of a loss this season. Trace Terry leads the offense with six goals and 13 points. Bennett Painter is tops in assists with three. Enzo Gil is the primary goalkeeper, racking up 50 saves and two shutouts.
 
Series History
This will be the 38th meeting all-time between these two teams with BGSU holding a 20-16-1 advantage. The Falcons have won the previous three games with the last game coming in the 2013 season opener, 3-2. Cleveland State's last victory came in 2018 by shutout, 2-0.
