CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State men's tennis team closed out play at the Viking Invitational Sunday, with
Tristan Stine picking up a pair of singles wins in consolation draws.
Stine picked up back-to-back straight-set wins on Sunday, picking up a 6-1, 6-2 win over Wayne State and a 6-2, 6-1 victory against an unattached player.
In doubles, Stine and
Devin Boyer picked up a 6-4 win in their consolation match.
Carl Gedlitschka and
Maxime Aremon played in the Main Draw Doubles final Sunday, dropping a 6-3 decision against Wayne State.
The Vikings will close out their fall season next weekend, traveling South for the Wake Forest Invitational October 31-November 2.
