CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State track & field team will return to action this weekend, continuing its indoor slate at the Al Campbell Invitational hosted by Akron on Friday, January 17.
Friday's invite will be the second meet of the indoor season for the Vikings, and the first since December 7, 2024. Field events will begin at 4:00 p.m., while running events are slated to start at 4:10 p.m.

The Al Campbell Invitational will be the first of two events for the Vikings during the month of January, as they will also take part in the Hillsdale Wide Track Invite on Saturday, January 25.
