Took part in five meets as a sophomore…Put up her fastest 5K of the season at the Joe Piane Invite, crossing in 19:35…Best overall finish came at the All-Ohio Classic, which was a 6K on a time of 24:48…Placed 70th at the Horizon League Championship with a season-best 6K time of 24:06…Proceeded to run just three seconds slower at NCAA Regionals.

Competed in six meets during her freshman campaign…Made her collegiate debut at the Wooster Invite on Sept. 1, finishing fourth overall in the 4K with a time of 16:45…Best finish and fastest 6K came at the Horizon League Championships, placing 56th overall and second on the team with a time of 23:32…Best 5K time came at the Notre Dame Invite which was 19:54…Took part in the NCAA Regional event.

PRIOR TO CLEVELAND STATE
Named First Team All-Southwestern Conference in cross country…earned SWC Sportsmanship Athlete of the Month honors…named to the SWC Student Summit.

Born April 28 in Cleveland, Ohio…daughter of Brian and Dora Bechtel…has one sister, Bailey…named to the National Honor Society…graduated Magna Cum Laude from Berea-Midpark High School…plans to major in history.
