INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Cleveland State moved up two spots to fifth after the second day of the Horizon League Championships. IU Indy took the lead with 320.5 points, Oakland is second with 292 points, and Youngstown State is third with 183 points. The Vikings have 119.
In the 500-yard freestyle,
Jaden Davillier (4:27.96) took tenth, and
Brock Wallace (4:29.62) was right behind.
Jacopo Lanzo put up a time of 4:29.97 to come in 13th.
Tyler Schultze (1:48.60) took seventh, and
Aidan Florio (1:48.64) was eighth in the 200-yard IM. These two times were the eighth and ninth fastest in program history.
Nate Steiner came in 15th with a time of 1:51.79.
Daniel Lyngaas sprinted to a time of 20.04 to come in eighth during the 50-yard freestyle. His time moved him up to fifth in the record books.
Joe Parkhurst touched in 20.19 to take eleventh. Parkhurst's time was the ninth fastest in program history.
The 200-yard freestyle relay of Parkhurst,
Alex Cucu,
Justin Schneider, and Lyngaas placed fifth with a time of 1:19.85, which was the fifth fastest in program history
