Rochester, MI-The Cleveland State men's golf team wrapped up its second tournament of the 2024 fall season with an 11
th place finish at the Oakland Golden Grizzlies Intercollegiate. The Vikings posted a 6-over par 294 in Sunday's final round which was the lowest score of the weekend. Cleveland State finished with a three-day total of 48-over par. Wright State won the event with a team score of 2-under.
Brody Simms was the low individual finisher for CSU posting an 8-over total to finish tied for 25
th overall. Simms posted his lowest score of the weekend with a 1-over 73 in the final round.
Andrew Kaye posted an 11-over total to finish tied for 38
th. Kaye carded a 4-over 76 in round three.
Dillon Pendergast was the lone Viking to finish in red figures in any round over the weekend, posting a 2-under 70 on the final day. Pendergast carded four birdies against two bogeys to finish tied for 45
th at 13-over par for the tournament.
Rounding out the CSU lineup,
Mason Frazier finished 64
th at 21-over par and
Ryan Dinan finished tied for 66
th at 23-over par.
