CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State women's tennis team opened play at the Rocket Indoor Invite Friday, picking up six singles wins and six doubles wins.

The group of Sima Heren, Oihane Vicario and Ella Franz picked up singles wins over Toledo, while Tereze Vevere, Jenna Redmile and Melliz Petkova Mustafa earned singles wins over Oakland.

In doubles, the duos of Tereze Vevere/Ella Franz and Oihane Vicario/Sima Heren both picked up two wins over Toledo and Oakland, while Filippa Frogner and Melliz Petkova Mustafa also picked up a win on the day.

Action at the Rocket Indoor Invite will continue tomorrow with two rounds of singles.
