CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State golf team will be back in action this weekend, taking part in the Earl Yestingsmeier Invitational hosted by Ball State. The two-day tournament will run Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27 and will be hosted at the Delaware Country Club in Muncie, Ind.
Cleveland State is one of 16 teams in the field this weekend, including Horizon League opponents IU Indy, Wright State, Northern Kentucky, and Purdue Fort Wayne.
The Viking lineup for this weekend's tournament will feature
Dominik Cosic,
Gavin Leen,
Dillon Pendergast,
Troy Chapman, and
Ryan Dinan, while
Cameron Stafford will be playing as an individual.
This marks the third event of the fall, with Cleveland State also set to host the
Tom Tontimonia Invite to begin October and play in the Dayton Invite during the middle of the month.
Last time out, Dinan paced the Vikings with a T-40 finish at the Redhawk Intercollegiate, while Cosic and Chapman both notched top-50 finishes at T-48.
