MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The Cleveland State women's basketball team picked up its third straight win Saturday, earning a 57-52 victory at Robert Morris. With the win, the Vikings picked up their 20^th win of the season, currently standing at 20-8 overall.

Game Stats
-Colbi Maples finished with a team-best 17 points, while Izabella Zingaro added 14 and Macey Fegan chipped in 10.
-Izabella Zingaro grabbed a team-best 10 rebounds, while Macey Fegan added eight.
-Cleveland State finished with 15 assists, including four each from Izabella Zingaro, Macey Fegan and Colbi Maples.
-The Vikings forced RMU into 17 turnovers, turning these miscues into 22 points.

Game Notes
-Izabella Zingaro tallied her sixth straight double-double, finishing with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
-Jada Leonard eclipsed the 80-steal mark for the season after recording three on the game.
-With 15 assists on the game, the Vikings have recorded 15+ helpers 12 times this season.
-Macey Fegan tallied her third straight double-digit point game after finishing with 10 points on the day.
-Saturday's win gave the Vikings 20 wins for the fifth straight year.

The Game
Heading into the third quarter, the two teams were knotted at 23-23, and then proceeded to trade baskets throughout the first part of the frame, until back-to-back baskets from Izabella Zingaro and Colbi Maples finally gave the Vikings a four-point lead at 37-33 with 3:38 left on the clock.

The Vikings then extended their scoring run with a Maples three-pointer to gain a seven-point lead at 40-33, while a pair of baskets from Maples and Macey Fegan put Cleveland State up by double-digits at 44-34 heading into the fourth quarter.

Although a Zingaro free throw put the Vikings up by 11 points to open the fourth quarter, RMU worked its way back into the contest, closing the gap to six points midway through the frame, before another Zingaro basket put the Vikings back up by eight at 48-40.

After RMU responded with another basket on its ensuing possession, Paula Pique answered with a three-pointer to give the Vikings a 51-42 advantage with just over three minutes left to play.

The Colonials once again chipped away at the lead over the next few minutes, until a Maples jumper and a pair of Jada Leonard free throws over the final 17 seconds of the contest clinched the 57-52 win for the Vikings.
