YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Cleveland State track & field team closed out action at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships Sunday, picking up three individual podium finishes during the final day.
Grace Frye once again earned a podium finish in the Hammer Throw, placing fourth overall with a throw of 52.17.
Drew Patterson picked up a seventh place finish in the High Jump, finishing with a mark of 1.58.
Madison Luthy tallied Cleveland State's final individual podium finish in the 400 Hurdles, placing sixth overall with a time of 1:03.62.
In addition, the Vikings also posted a pair of top-eight finishes in the two relay events on Sunday, placing seventh in the 4x400 (Radeff-Koonce, Todd, Morris, Nasende, 3:53.01) and eighth in the 4x100 (Hoover, McArdle, Morris, Radeff-Koonce, 48.71).
