ROCHESTER, Mich. - Ana Crangle became the programs third conference champion and first-ever in the steeplechase as the senior put up a school record time of 10:45.20. This is just the second runner in program history.
"Ana put an exclamation point on her career with this title," said coach Hudson. "She led from the gun and crossed with a school-record. Every season, she has improved her finish and is now a champion."
Emma Sanders qualified for the 100-meter finals tomorrow after putting up a prelims time of 12.53.
Zuriah Radeff-Koonce placed fifth in the heptathlon with a score of 3,984. After day one, she was eighth and moved up three spots on Saturday.
"This was a great day for Zuriah as she moved up eighth place to fifth place after a strong second day," said coach Hudson. "I look forward to seeing her continued growth in the future."
