Warren, OH-The Cleveland State women's golf team finished play at the YSU Spring Invitational with the final 18 holes of the 36-hole event on Monday.
Cleveland State had four student-athletes competing, all as individuals.
Kaylin Kline was the top finisher for the Vikings coming in at tied for 26
th place at 19-over par for the tournament. Kline improved on her second round score posting an 81.
Mandie Ruminski also improved in the second round as she carded a 78 to best her first round score by nine strokes. Ruminski finished tied for 30
th at 21-over par.
Brynna Mardis finished 33
rd at 23-over after finishing with an 84 in the second round.
Abby Blackburn finished tied for 39
th at 28-over par and closing with an 87.
Cleveland State returns to the course next week Monday as the Vikings compete at the IU Indy Invitational in their final regular season event before the Horizon League Championship.
