GENEVA, Ohio – The Cleveland State track & field team was back in action Saturday, recording 15 top-10 finishes at the Spire Indoor Games.

In field events, Grace Frye posted Cleveland State's top finishes, placing fourth overall in the Shot Put (12.82) and Weight Throw (16.89). Jaylynn King also recorded a top-10 finish in the Weight Throw (7^th – 15.95), while Lily Tomasheski finished 10^th overall in the Shot Put (11.57).

In addition, Madison Luthy placed ninth in the Long Jump with a mark of 5.34, while Drew Patterson finished 10^th in the High Jump with a mark of 1.60.

Natalie Keller paced the Vikings in distance events, winning the 5000 Meter Run with a time of 18:02.79. Ana Crangle also tallied a top-five finish, with hers coming in the 3000 Meter Run when she placed third with a time of 10:15.62.

In sprint events, the Vikings had four runners advance to the finals of the 60 Meter Hurdles, as Trinity Lamp (2^nd), Madison Luthy (4^th), Olivia Todd (7^th), and Jillian McArdle (10^th) all posted top-10 finishes. Cleveland State also picked up a pair of top-10 finishes in the 400 Meter Dash, with Madison Morris placing fifth overall (59.61) and Emma Sanders finishing ninth (1:00.36).

Cleveland State's final tune-up before the 2025 #HLTF Indoor Championships will be the Ashland Last Chance meet, which is set for Saturday, February 22.
