SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Vikings finished 19th in the 5K Gold race at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational on Friday afternoon.
Windsor was the top team in the race, with Wisconsin-La Crosse in second and St. Thomas in third.
Cleveland State had a team time of 1:36:23, which was an average time of 19:16.8 and a spread of 1:24.

Ana Crangle led the Green and White on the day with a 36th-place finish after crossing the line in 18:24.6. Crangle has been the Vikings top finisher in three of the four competitions this season.
Natalie Keller turned in a time of 19:08.7, placing her in 89th.
Kayla Crissman clocked a 19:22.6, which was good for 105th.

Madison McGarrah (20:11.1), and
Deena Ingrassia (20:12.8) all competed for Cleveland State.
The Green and White will have its final preparation for the Horizon League Championship at the Falcon Invite on Friday, Oct. 17.
