Competed in six events during her junior year on the cross country team…Best 5K time came at the Joe Piane Invite, clocking a 20:59…Ran a 26:44 at the Horizon League Championship which was one second slower than her season-best 6K time at the Falcon Invite.

Indoor
Competed in seven competitions as a junior…Ran the mile, 3000, and 5000 events as a junior…Crossed in 6:02.05 for the mile, 11:33.46 in the 3000 at the Ashland Last Chance, and 20:17.72 in the 5000 at the Spire Indoor Games.

Outdoor
Ran in five meets as a junior for the Vikings…Competed in the 1500 and 5000 events…Clocked a 5:19.56 in the 1500 at the Golden Grizzlies Invite and 20:00.05 at the Sparky Adams in the 5000.

2023-24
Cross Country
Ran in five competitions as a second-year runner for the Green and White…Quickest 5K time came at the Notre Dame Invite, crossing in 22:05…Fastest 6K was registered at the Horizon League Championship with a time of 25:47.

Indoor
Clocked a top 15 time in the mile, 800, and 5000 events…Two of those came in the mile with the fastest being  5:53.39 at the YSU Collegiate.
 
Outdoor
Put up top 15 times in the 1500 as a sophomore with the fastest being 5:41.50 at the Golden Grizzlies Invite…Clocked a 12:06.25 at the Cherry Blossom Invite in the 3000.

2022-23
Cross Country
Competed in seven races as a freshman on the team…Made collegiate debut at the Wooster Invite on Sept. 1, placing 26th overall with 4K time of 17:18…Best 5K came in the second meet of the year, Tommy Titan Invite, placing eighth overall with a time of 21:22…Fastest 5K time was 20:21 at the All-Ohio Championship…Ran in the Horizon League Championship and NCAA Regional events with the best 6K time at regionals at 25:32.

Indoor
Competed in four meets as a freshman on the team…Ran the mile, 3000, and 5000 events…Best finish was 12th in the 3000 at the Hillsdale Wide Track with a time of 11:54.80.

Outdoor
Did not compete during her freshman season.

PRIOR TO CLEVELAND STATE
Part of a Minerva High School team that captured an Eastern Buckeye Conference championship and Ohio State title…earned Second Team All-EBC honors and First Team All-County and All-District accolades.

PERSONAL
Born May 5 in Youngstown, Ohio…daughter of Charles and Heather Crissman…has one brother, Michael, and three sisters, Annabelle, Kayla and Samantha…part of the National Honors Society…named Academic All-Ohio and Academic All-District…earned Eastern Buckeye Conference Scholar-Athlete honors…plans on majoring in electrical engineering.
