AKRON, Ohio – The Cleveland State track & field team returned to action at the Al Campbell Invite Friday, recording 12 top-10 individual finishes and a pair of top-10 relay finishes.

In the sprint events, the Vikings were paced by Olivia Todd who earned a spot in the finals of the 60 Hurdles, going on to finish fifth overall with a time of 9.37. In addition, Emma Sanders also posted a top-10 finish, placing ninth in the 400 Meter Dash with a time of 1:00.43.

Ana Crangle and Natalie Keller led the Vikings in distance events, with both earning top-five finishes in the 3000 Meter Run. Crangle placed third overall with a time of 10:17.38, while Keller finished with a time of 10:25.37 to place fifth. Brooke Bechtel rounded out the top-10 finishers for the Vikings in the event, placing 10^th with a time of 10:44.77.

In field events, the Vikings recorded seven top-10 finishes, including a third place finish from Madison Luthy in the Pole Vault with a mark of 3.38.

Grace Frye notched a pair of top-10 finishes in the Shot Put (5^th-12.83) and Weight Throw (6^th-16.42), while Chloe Amoroso finished fourth in the Triple Jump with a mark of 10.60.

Cleveland State will be back in action on Saturday, January 25, taking part in the Hillsdale Wide Track Invite.
