CEDARVILLE, Ohio – The Cleveland State cross country team returned to action Friday evening, participating in the All-Ohio Classic, the first 6K race of the season for the Vikings.
Natalie Keller paced the Vikings, finishing 10
th overall - and first among DI runners - with a 6K time of 23:01.

Natalie Keller ran a fantastic race today, finishing 10th overall and first among DI runners," head coach
Jason Hudson said. "We ran well as a team, but still have work to do as the season progresses. Overall I am happy with the results, but know that we have more in the tank!"
Running in her first collegiate 6K,
Deena Ingrassia was the second Viking to cross the finish line, posting a time of 24:47.
Next to finish for the Vikings were
Brooke Bechtel (24:48) and Sage Colon (24:49), followed by
Ariana Coats (25:21),
Madeline Crissman (26:24), and
Alana Nowak (27:55).
Nowak was also running in her first collegiate 6K.
The Vikings will return to action on Friday, October 4, taking part in the Joe Piane Invite hosted by Notre Dame.
