CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (AP) - Theo Dixon and Jamaal Harris each scored 14 points to lead Cleveland State to a 60-53 victory over Winthrop on Thursday night in the first game of the Koch Petroleum Islander Invitational.

Harris, Dixon as well as Tahric Gosley, Kevin Ross and Doc Taylor each had five rebounds for the Vikings (6-6).

Anthony Moore led the Eagles (5-7) with 14 points. Tywan Harris added 10 points for the Vikings, and Marcus Stewart had eight rebounds.
