Ron Gasper returns to the Cleveland State sideline for his third campaign during the 2018 season,serving as a volunteer assistant coach for the Vikings.

Gasper comes to Cleveland State with multiple years of experience at the high school and club level, most recently serving as the JV and Varsity assistant coach at Fairvew High School. Prior to his stint at Fairvew, Gasper also served as an assistant for various levels at Olmsted Falls High School. 

Gasper has also put his name in the club volleyball scene, coaching at AdVance, Southwest Volleyball Club, and CVC.
