Erica Ludwikowski

Erica Ludwikowski enters her second season as an assistant coach of the Cleveland State women’s soccer team.

In her first season at Cleveland State, she saw the Green and White record two wins, both of which came in Horizon League play. The victories came in consecutive games via shutout. The first was at Youngstown State (1-0) on Oct. 17 and then at home versus Oakland (4-0) on Oct. 19.

Ludwikowski arrives after spending the last four seasons as an assistant coach at Slippery Rock University. In her time, Slippery Rock went 31-12-13 overall with three PSAC tournament appearances. She assisted with 15 All-PSAC players, including five on the first team and ten on the second team.

Ludwikowski played four seasons in the midfield at Rider University, appearing in 41 games with eight starts. She tallied two goals and four assists for eight points in her career. Off the field, Ludwikowski was a four-year MAAC All-Academic honoree.

Ludwikowski graduated from Rider University with a dual Bachelor’s degree in sport management and leadership. She went on to obtain a Master’s degree in student affairs in higher education from Slippery Rock in 2022.
