Cleveland State University

Murrell arrives in Cleveland following stints as a graduate assistant with both the Iowa State and Ohio University programs. He was also a student-athlete at both Indian Hills Community College and then Ohio University where he experienced championship success with both teams, including a MAC regular-season championship and an NCAA tournament appearance.

"We are happy to welcome Connor to our program," Robinson said. "He was with me at Iowa State as a graduate assistant and has a great work ethic and very good people skills. He has a great feel for the game, is eager to learn and is highly organized and very detailed. Connor will assist in every facet of our program. I am pleased to welcome him, and his fiancé Allison, to Cleveland State."  

Robinson continues to work on filling other staff positions including an assistant coach, special assistant and video coordinator.
