Biography

2018-19 – FRESHMAN SEASON
Scored in all three individual events at debut Horizon League Championships … Finished in fifth place in 100 backstroke in 55.62 seconds … Took 14th in 200 backstroke after resetting career best in prelims (2:04.01) … Won a swim-off to advance to consolation final in 200 IM before placing 16th at HL meet (2:10.18) … Had been seeded 26th in that event entering meet … Finished fourth at Magnus Cup in 100 backstroke and had top-20 finishes in 200 back and 100 IM at meet … Competed in seven dual meets and two invitationals in regular season … Swam in eight traditional individual events during season—both backstroke, both breaststroke, 50 free, 100 free, 100 fly and 200 IM.

Was an All-American in the 100 backstroke, placing second at the 2017 New York state championships … Posted top times of 55.48 (100 back), 53.27 (100 free) and 2:08.74 (200 IM) …  Left with five school records as an individual and three as a member of a relay team … Helped Fredonia to two conference titles and Section VI Class B title … Competed for Hammerhead Swim Club and Town Wrecker’s Swim Club, setting multiple age group records … Was a three-time NCSA junior national qualifier … Was a member of the National Honor Society.

Daughter of Ken and Gina Drummond … Born April 19, 2000 … Criminology major … Her older sister, Kelsey, played softball at Mercyhurst North East.
