Box Score Morehead, Ky.- Cleveland State (0-4-0) dropped a 2-0 decision on the road at Morehead State (2-2-0) on Sunday afternoon.

The Green & White held a 3-2 edge in shots during the first half but trailed 1-0 at the intermission. The first goal came in the 22nd minute off a through ball.

Cleveland State doubled up the shot count in the second half 8-4 and overall in the game 11-6. Morehead netted the final goal in the 73rd minute after a misplay in the back.

Elise Boyd and Sidney Nicholas each finished with a game-best three shots. Boyd led the way with two shots on goal. Hayleigh Lewis played the entire 90 minutes in goal, but didn't record a save.

The Vikings will host Case Western for an exhibition at Krenzler Field Thursday night at 6 p.m.
