The Vikings registered seven personal-best times in their first meet of the new year at the Marshall Alumni Classic on Saturday.
 
The Green and White had six top-five finishes, with the best coming from Deena Ingrassia in the 600-meter with a program record time of 1:39.47, placing her second.
 
Flash Back to Last Year
Cleveland State recorded 12 top-10 individual finishes and a pair of top-10 relay finishes at the sixth annual Al Campbell Invite last year.
 
In the sprint events, the Vikings were paced by Olivia Todd who earned a spot in the finals of the 60 Hurdles, going on to finish fifth overall with a time of 9.37.
 
Ana Crangle and Natalie Keller led the Vikings in distance events, with both earning top-five finishes in the 3000 Meter Run.
 
In field events, the Vikings recorded seven top-10 finishes, including a third place finish from Madison Luthy in the Pole Vault with a mark of 3.38.
 
Coach Jason Hudson
Coach Hudson will be entering his eighth season with the Green and White.
