CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland State women's basketball head coach
Chris Kielsmeier has announced the non-league schedule for the upcoming 2025-26 campaign, featuring an 11-game slate including seven home contests.
The Vikings enter the 2025-26 campaign coming off four straight 20-win seasons, most recently posting a 27-10 record last year which culminated with an appearance in the WNIT Fab 4.
Cleveland State will open the season at home, hosting Chicago State on Monday, November 3, before heading west to California to take on Cal State Fullerton on Sunday, November 9.
The Vikings will return home for a pair of games against Pittsburgh Johnstown (Wednesday, November 12) and Akron (Sunday, November 16), before returning to the road on Friday, November 21 when they travel to Northwestern.
To close out the month of November, Cleveland State will once against host a Thanksgiving Week tournament, welcoming Valparaiso, Radford and St. Bonaventure for a trio of games on November 26, 28, 29.
Cleveland State's final home non-league contest will come on Saturday, December 13 when the Vikings host Niagara, before once again traveling to Puerto Rico for a two-game series against College of Charleston (Friday, December 19) and Puerto Rico-Mayaguez (Sunday, December 21).
