LEWISBURG, Pa. – Ana Crangle and
Natalie Keller represented the Cleveland State track & field team at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic Saturday, competing in the 3000 Steeplechase and 10,000 Meter Run, respectively.
"Ana and Natalie came here for the competition, and they both rose to the challenge, as we competed in two races and set two program records," head coach
Jason Hudson said. "Ana recovered from a fall in the water jump to break her own school record, while Natalie ran under the lights to shatter the previous school record."
Crangle finished ninth overall in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase, posting a time of 10:51.87. In her second 3000 SC of the season, Crangle recorded a personal-best in addition to a program-record.
Keller placed 27
th in the 10,000 Meter Run Saturday, finishing in a time of 37:09.63 to set a personal and program record in her first 10K of the season.
Crangle, Keller and the Vikings will be back in action at the Sparky Adams Invite next weekend.
