CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State volleyball team closed out its current two-match homestand Saturday, dropping a 3-1 match against Wright State.
The Vikings will be back in action on the road next week, traveling to Green Bay on Friday, October 10 and Saturday, October 11.
Laken Voss recorded a team-best 15 kills for the Vikings, while
Julia Jozefov added eight and
Matilda Dahlstrom tallied seven.
Isabella Gibbons recorded 31 assists on the day, along with eight digs and two service aces.
Cleveland State combined for six service aces on the day, with two from Gibbons and two from Jozefov.
Cleveland State's defense was led by
Vayda Delventhal with 11 total digs, while
Madisyn Green tallied nine and Gibbons and Voss recorded eight.
