Cleveland, OH-The Cleveland State softball team will play a total of eight games across four dates in September and October to comprise the 2024 fall schedule. All games will be played at Viking Field with free admission for all spectators. Each game will be an exhibition contest.
 
The schedule kicks off with three games scheduled for Saturday, September 21. The Vikings will match up with Cuyahoga Community College and Milwaukee Area Technical College with Tri-C and MATC matching up in the middle game of the day.
 
Cleveland State will also host Kent State, Ursuline and Walsh College in a series of doubleheaders to close out the fall schedule.
 
The fall games provide fans their first look at the 2025 Cleveland State squad. Cleveland State returns 13 letterwinners as well as six starters from last year's team that won the program's third Horizon League Tournament title and appeared in the NCAA Tournament. The fall season will be the first action for six newcomers joining the team for the 2025 season, as Cleveland State welcomes four true freshmen and two transfer student-athletes.
