ATLANTA, Ga. – For the second straight season the Cleveland State women's basketball team has been recognized for its work in the classroom, as the Vikings earned Special Mention in the 2023-24 Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Academic Top-25 Team Honor Roll.

The Vikings posted a 3.48 combined GPA for the 2023-24 academic year.

Cleveland State was one of 123 Division I teams to post a 3.00+ GPA, and one of five Horizon League teams to be recognized. For the 2023-24 academic year, the Vikings combined for 15 Dean's List honors, three President's List mentions and six graduates – including four with honors.

The WBCA Academic Top-25 recognizes NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA and two-year college women's basketball teams across the nation that carry the highest combined GPAs inclusive of all student-athletes on their rosters for the entire season. The 2023-24 season is the 29^th in which the WBCA has compiled an honor roll list.
