Cleveland, OH-Je'Shawn Stevenson has been named the Horizon League Men's Basketball Freshman of the Week for a fourth consecutive week, the league office announced today.
 
Stevenson continued his strong play over the last month with 12 points in Cleveland State's win over Wright State on Sunday. The Vikings have won five straight games and improved to 3-1 in league play. Stevenson finished 4-for-5 from the field and connected on 3-of-4 from the free throw line. He added a rebound and two assists in 18 minutes of action.
 
Stevenson has scored in double figures in five of the last six games and seven times overall this season. This is his fourth league weekly award and the fifth overall for a Cleveland State player this season.
 
The Vikings return to the court in the Wolstein Center on Saturday to host IU Indianapolis in the finale of a five-game homestand. Tip-off is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
