ROCHESTER, Mich. – The Cleveland State track & field team continued action at the 2022 #HLTF Outdoor Championships Saturday, paced by Dynesty Ervin qualifying for the 400 Meter Dash finals.

Ervin qualified for the finals of the 400 Meter Dash after finishing seventh in the prelims, posting a personal-best time of 58.65. Ervin also competed in the 200 Meter Dash prelims for the Vikings, notching a time of 25.96.

Zoe Dellaserra represented the Vikings in the 100 and 200 Meter Dash prelims on Saturday, posting times of 12.68 and 26.54, respectively.

The Vikings had three representatives in the 800 Meter Run, paced by Margaret Smith who recorded a personal-best time of 2:17.07, just missing out on qualifying for the finals. Madelynn Madison posted a time of 2:27.06, while Anna Umlauf recorded a time of 2:45.91 in the 800 Meter prelims.

Sara Timberlake competed in the 400 Meter Hurdles on Saturday, posting a personal-best time of 1:11.38.

Action at the #HLTF Outdoor Championships will conclude tomorrow, with running events slated to begin at 12:00 p.m.
