KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Cleveland State men's tennis team opened play at the Western Michigan Invitational with doubles play on Friday.
"We didn't close out as many matches as we would have hoped so that made the day feel like we didn't have as much success as we would have liked," head coach Brian Etzkin said. "We will have to come out with a lot of focus and intensity in singles play tomorrow and hopefully close out more matches."
The tournament continues on Saturday with singles play which will continue through Sunday.
