Columbus, Ohio- The Vikings wraps up day two at the ITA Midwest Regionals with wins in Main Draw Doubles Round of 64.

With Max Henson coming off his first collegiate singles win on Thursday he fell short in the second round of qualifying singles, along with Alexander Nikolov falling short to advance to the main draw.

In doubles play all three teams for the Vikings advanced to round of 32. With wins against Youngstown State, and Chicago State twice. Jamison/Stine continue to compete at a high level as double partners Although, they fell short in the Round of 32 for the Main Draw doubles in a tiebreaker set.

Wild/Henson won their first match together as doubles partners on the year. Along with Nikolov/Jacobson winning their first ever doubles match as doubles partners. In the round of 32 for Main Draw Doubles both teams fell short in their matches.

Action at the ITA Midwest Regionals will continue tomorrow, with Nico Jamison playing in the Singles Main Draw.

A quote from Coach Etzkin from today: "We made some strides in doubles today. We went 3-0 in the first round and played against tough teams in the second round. I'm excited to see Nico Jamison play in the main draw tomorrow. He's been playing at a high level all Fall."
