Frank Carrozza enters his first season as an assistant coach of the Cleveland State women’s soccer team.
 
Prior to Cleveland State, Carrozza spent four seasons as the head women’s soccer coach at Lebanon Valley College. In that time, he mentored 53 players to the MAC conference Academic Honor Roll, two players named to the MAC conference Academic All-MAC team, five All-Region players, 17 MAC Freedom All-Conference players, and the first player in program history to be named to the Scholar All-East Region team. The program also earned regional recognition and entered the regional rankings in 2025.
 
Carrozza spent twelve seasons as the head coach at King’s College, guiding the team to three MAC playoff tournaments, including the team’s first-ever championship appearance. He had 23 players named to the MAC Freedom All-Conference Team, 11 USC Team Academic Awards, and 111 players on the MAC Conference Academic Honor Roll. Carrozza is the winningest coach in King’s women’s soccer program history to date and earned Freedom Conference Coach of the Year in 2013 as well as Regional Coach of the Year in 2021.
 
Carrozza holds a Master Coach, Premier, and Director of Coaching diploma from United Soccer Coaches. He has a UEFA “C” and Scottish FA “C” license as well as a USSF “B” license from the United States Soccer Federation. He is a coaching education instructor for the United Soccer Coaches and a staff coach for both U.S. Soccer National Training Centers and the TOVO Academy located in Sitges, Spain.
 
Carrozza obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in sports management from Misericordia University and his Master of Science degree in sports management from New England College.
