Brandon Longmeier

Brandon Longmeier currently serves as the Senior Associate Athletics Director of Development & Engagement, overseeing the Viking Fund and fundraising efforts for all 16 of Cleveland State's sports. Longmeier previously served as the Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing and Promotions at CSU. In addition, Longmeier also serves as a member of the athletics senior staff and a sport administrator.

He arrived at CSU after serving for five years as a member of the Detroit Mercy athletics staff. He was the Assistant Director of Athletic Facilities for two years before serving for five years as the Director of Athletic Marketing & Promotions.

Longmeier played a key role as a member of the game management staff for both the 2008 NCAA Men's Basketball Midwest Regional and 2009 NCAA Final Four®, when UDM served as host institution at Ford Field in Detroit, MI.

For his efforts during the 2007-08 academic year, Longmeier received the University of Detroit Mercy's "Commitment to Excellence Rising Star" Award—an honor conferred upon one University employee each year.

Longmeier earned his bachelor's degree from UDM in 2002, and subsequently a master's degree in Educational Leadership (Dayton '06).
