Competed in all seven meets as a sophomore for the Green and White…Best 6K time was registered at NCAA Regionals, crossing in 23:48…Quickest 5K performance came at the Joe Piane Invite with a 20:01…Best overall finish was 71st at the All-Ohio Classic.
Indoor
Participated in five meets as a sophomore…Took part in four distance events…Clocked 2:40.18 in the 800 and 5:35.22 in the mile at the Akron Invite…Crossed in 10:53.42 at the 3000 in the Spire Midwest Invite and 19:31.89 in the 5000 at the Jud Logan Light Giver.
Outdoor
Did not participate during the outdoor season as a sophomore.

Cross Country
Ran in six competitions as a first-year student-athlete…Made collegiate debut at the Wooster Invite on Sept. 1, placing seventh overall with a time of 17:23…Fastest time in a 6K came at the Horizon League Championship with a 23:27, placing her 51st overall and top on the team…Top 5K time occurred at the Notre Dame Invite with a 20:03…Also took part in NCAA Regionals.
Indoor
Competed in seven meets as a freshman for the Green and White…Took part in the mile, 3000, and 5000 events…Had three top times in the 5000 with a time of 19:04.49 at the league championship.
Outdoor
Took part in six competitions as a freshman for Cleveland State…Ran in the 1500, 3000, 5000, and 10000 events…Best event was the 5000, with three top ten times, with the fastest being 19:07.30 at the HL Championship.
PRIOR TO CLEVELAND STATE
Earned All-Northern Lakes League, All-District, All-Region, and All-State honors…led Perrysburg high school to four straight NLL championships, District championships and Regional championships…part of a Perrysburg team that captured an Ohio State title.

Born May 24 in Mayfield Heights, Ohio…daughter of Julie Rutger and William Colòn…has two brothers, Mason and Maverick, and one sister, Maia…plans to major in broadcast journalism and promotional communications.
