Former Cleveland State student-athlete Kelly Zaleski will beginher first season as a student assistant coach in 2012, helping herformer coach Joe Jaketic on the sidelines.

Zaleski was a four-year letterwinner at CSU from 2008-2011, andowns three top-40 5K times and two top-20 6K times since 2005 -when Jaketic became head coach. As a senior, Zaleski led theVikings to a fourth place finish at the Horizon LeagueChampionship, their highest finish in program history.

Zaleski is currently completing her fifth year in the nursingprogram at Cleveland State.
