To set up your online account:
Enter your Cleveland State ID number
Enter your contact information
Create a password
Select the game you want to attend and add a ticket to your shopping cart
Click 'Continue Shopping' to add additional games to your cart
Click 'Checkout'
Tickets will be sent to your email
Once you receive your tickets via email:
Open the email on your smart phone
Click on the hyperlink in the email
Add the tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay
On game day, simply open the ticket on your phone and we will scan it right off your phone!
I only claimed a ticket for one event, but I want to attend more. What should I do?
Simply log back into your student account HERE and select the additional games you want to attend.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click on 'Forgot Password' on THIS PAGE.
How long do I have to claim my student ticket?
Student tickets can be claimed up until 30 minutes after the start of a contest.
It says my student ID number cannot be found. What should I do?
A student must be currently enrolled at Cleveland State to receive a complimentary ticket.

My family is on campus and would like to attend an event with me. How do I purchase tickets for them?
Student guest tickets can be purchased online through the Student Portal for $5.
Will my family be able to sit with me?
Yes, if you purchase your student guest tickets at the same time you claim your free ticket.
