2024-25 // SOPHOMORE SEASON
Scored in all three individual events at the Horizon League Championships…Placed 14th in the 50-yard freestyle (23.80) and 100-yard butterfly (57.03) events…Came in 13th during the 100-yard freestyle (51.57)…Competed in all nine events on the year.

2023-24 // FRESHMAN SEASON
Placed tenth in the 100-yard freestyle at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 52.26…Finished eleventh in the 50-yard freestyle and fourteenth in the 100-yard butterfly…Third leg of the runner-up 200-yard freestyle relay and the third leg of the third-place 400-yard freestyle…Swam in all ten meets during the year…Won four events during the year.

Pre-CSU
Named the Rookie of the Year at the Northwestern High School Sports Awards...Helped her team to a State Championship as a sophomore...Also as a sophomore, she was part of the medley-winning relay team and won medals in the 200 and 400 free relays...In her junior season, Palmer anchored the winning medley relay team and won Gold at the PIAA State Meet...Swam for the Peninsula Wave Riders.
