2024-25 // SOPHOMORE SEASON
Scored in all three individual races at the Horizon League Championships…Placed fifth in 200-yard freestyle (1:37.26), sixth in 100-yard freestyle (44.27), and tenth in 100-yard butterfly (48.19)…Registered the top time in the 200-yard butterfly prelims at Magnus Cup…Competed in every competition during the season.

2023-24 // FRESHMAN SEASON
Competed in all ten meets during his first year with the Vikings…Swam the second leg of the school record 800-yard freestyle relay team at the #HLSD Championships…Placed eighth in the 100-yard butterfly (48.74) and won the B-final of the 500-yard freestyle (4:31.69) at the league championships…Swam the third leg of the third-place 400-yard medley relay team…Won the 500-yard freestyle at Magnus Cup and against Canisius…Claimed the top spot in the 200-yard freestyle versus IUPUI/Milwaukee.

Pre-CSU
Won a Bronze medal at nationals during his senior season...Swam for Sarpsborg IL Svommegruppa, putting up multiple club records...Earned the progression award.

Plans to major in electrical engineering and is the son of Cecilie Karolin Lyngaas and Terje Lyngaas.
