Scored a goal in his collegiate debut at Santa Clara.
 
 
Men's Soccer
-Cleveland State will open its home slate on Friday, hosting Mercyhurst at 7:00 p.m.
-Last time out, the Vikings opened the 2026 campaign at Santa Clara, falling 2-1.
-Domenic Ruggiero netted his first collegiate goal in the 54^th minute off assists from Bora Eldem and Tom Mertz.
Women's Soccer
-The Vikings will take a break from regular season action this week, hosting Case Western in an exhibition contest at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
-Cleveland State will return to regular season action next week, traveling to Akron and St. Bonaventure.
Volleyball
-The Vikings will open the 2026 slate on the road this weekend, taking part in the Lehigh Invitational.
-Cleveland State will face Morgan State and Lehigh on Friday, before taking on Garnder-Webb on Saturday.
-This weekend will mark the first of seven straight road matches to begin the season.
Golf
-The Vikings will kick off their five-event fall slate this weekend, taking part in the Bowling Green Invite on Saturday and Sunday.
-This weekend's event will be hosted in Nashport, Ohio.
-Later this fall, Cleveland State will host its lone home tournament of the season – the Tom Tontimonia Invite – October 5 & 6 in Westlake, Ohio.
