CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State department of athletics announced its three-year strategic plan – Transforming People. Elevating Athletics. – which focuses on providing a transformational student-athlete experience and will run from 2026 through 2029.

The three-year strategic plan encompasses four main goals that are built on five core values. This multi-year strategy was created to enhance competitive success, increase self-generate revenue, strengthen branding and marketing, and enrich the student-athlete experience.

In conjunction with the University's strategic plan – Cleveland State United – the focus of Transforming People. Elevating Athletics. remains providing a transformational student-athlete experience, while creating champions in the classroom, in the community and through competition.
