Viking of the Week
Adam Van Voorhis, Lacrosse
Scored the game-winning goal in overtime against St. Bonaventure, finishing with one goal and one assist on the game.

Swim & Dive
-Ellie Seiter and Lorelai Maisano competed at the NCAA Diving Zone Meet.
-In 1-meter, Seiter scored 252.85, and Maison recorded 198.10.
Fencing
-Cleveland State had 13 fencers qualify for the NCAA Midwest Regional last weekend, which was held on campus at the Wolstein Center.
-Four women notched top-15 finishes, led by Anna Quinn who placed 12
th in foil.
-Three men recorded top-15 finishes, including Marcus Strugar who placed 10
th in foil.
Women's Basketball
-Cleveland State advanced to its seventh straight #HLWBB semifinal this week, coming up short against Youngstown State.
-The Vikings currently stand at 24-9 overall this year, marking the fifth straight 20-win season.
-Izabella Zingaro was honored as the #HLWBB Newcomer of the Year and earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team, while Colbi Maples and Jada Leonard both earned All-League honors.
Men's Tennis
-The Vikings will be off from competition until next weekend, opening their Horizon League slate on the road at Northern Kentucky (3/20) and IU Indy (3/21).
-Last time out, the Vikings went 1-1 on their annual spring break trip, facing SMU and Weatherford.
-Cleveland State picked up a 7-0 victory over Weatherford, marking the third sweep of the season for the Vikings.
Women's Tennis
-The Vikings will be in action once during their spring break trip, traveling to FGCU on Wednesday.
-Cleveland State enters the week coming off a 4-3 victory at Dayton where they got singles wins from Ella Franz, Jenna Redmile and Laura Tapia along with the doubles point.
Lacrosse
-Cleveland State opens NEC play at home on Saturday against Mercyhurst.
-The Vikings wrapped up non-league play with a 12-11 overtime win over St. Bonaventure.
-Adam Van Voorhis scored the game-winner less than two minutes into the overtime period.
-Brennen Hickey, Xander Johnson, and Creed McDonald all scored multiple goals on the game.
