MUNCIE, Ind. – The Cleveland State women's tennis team closed out the weekend on the road Sunday, dropping a 6-1 match at Ball State.

Cleveland State's lone point on the day came from Ella Franz at No. 2 singles, as she picked up a 6-3, 7-5 victory over Ball State's Sarah Shahbaz.

This marked Franz's fourth win over her last five singles matches.

The Vikings will be back in action on Friday, March 6, traveling to Dayton for an early morning match.
