Lincoln Battle, Men's Tennis
Went 2-0 at No. 1 singles against DePaul and Northwestern.
Ana Crangle, Track & Field
Set her second straight program record in the 5000.
Landon Harman, Men's Swim & Dive
Led the Vikings to a sweep of the Cleveland City Classic with multiple event wins.
Dayan Nessah, Men's Basketball
Had game-best, points, rebounds, and assists in the Vikings road win at Wright State.
 
Women's Basketball
-Cleveland State will split its time at home and on the road this week, hosting Milwaukee on Wednesday before traveling to Northern Kentucky on Saturday.
-The Vikings currently own an 11-1 record when playing at home this season.
-Izabella Zingaro leads the Horizon League with a .614 field goal percentage on the year, while Jada Leonard has a league-best 64 steals.
Men's Basketball
-The Vikings will make the Wisconsin trip this week with Green Bay on Friday and Milwaukee on Sunday.
-Last game out at Wright State, Cleveland State picked up its first road win of the season and first under coach Summers, defeating the first-place Raiders, 85-79.
-The Vikings had four double-digit scorers on the evening, led by Dayan Nessah with a season-and-game-best 31 points.
-Nessah also had a game-best ten rebounds to record his third double-double of the year, and tied for a game-best five assists.
Swim & Dive
-The Vikings will have their final tune-up for the #HLSD Championship with Senior Day against Oakland on Friday.
-The Cleveland State men and women swept the Cleveland City Classic over the weekend against Baldwin Wallace and John Caroll.
-Landon Harman led the men with multiple wins on the day: the 200-yard freestyle (1:44.82) and 500-yard freestyle (4:46.79).
-Haley Palmer and Gracie Chelf each recorded multiple event wins to lead the women.
-Palmer won the 50-yard freestyle (24.82) and 100-yard freestyle (54.46), while Chelf was victorious in the 200-yard freestyle (1:55.77) and the 100-yard backstroke (58.40).
Fencing
-Cleveland State will compete in its final tune-up before the CCFC Championship this weekend, taking part in the Schiller Duals hosted by Northwestern on Sunday.
-Last time out, the men went 3-2 at the DeCicco Duals, while the women went 2-2.
-Jamison Horne and Simon Caisse picked up a team-best 11 wins, while Anna Klimenko, Rayllen Prafil Capaccio and Anna Quinn led the women with six wins each.
Track & Field
-Cleveland State will take part in its first two-day meet of the year at the YSU Mid Major Invite, which begins on Friday.
-The Green and White are coming off the Spire Midwest Invite, where the squad turned in five top-three finishes.
-For the second straight meet, Ana Crangle recorded a school record, this time in the 5000 with a time of 17:28.18.
Men's Tennis
-Cleveland State will split its time at home and on the road this weekend, hosting St. Bonaventure on Friday and traveling to Buffalo on Sunday.
-Last time out, the Vikings went 1-1 on a trip to Chicago, including a 4-3 victory over DePaul.
-Entering Friday's match against St. Bonaventure, the Vikings are 2-0 when playing at the MMTP this season.
Women's Tennis
-The Vikings will continue their season-opening roadswing with a pair of matches this weekend, facing West Virginia on Saturday and Temple on Sunday.
-Last time out, the Vikings dropped a hard-fought 4-3 contest at Cincinnati.
-Leah Geisz picked up a win at No. 6 singles to remain perfect this spring, while Laura Tapia notched a win at No. 3 singles for her first win of the dual match season.
Lacrosse
-Cleveland State begins this 2026 campaign with three consecutive road games, starting with Denver on Saturday.
-The three games on the road are the longest stretch away from the Krenzler Bubble this season.
-Seventh-year head coach Andy German and the Vikings will learn the NEC Preseason Poll on Wednesday.
