INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Following the opening week of the 2026 spring season, the Cleveland State duo of Ella Franz and Melliz Petkova Mustafa have been named the Horizon League Doubles Team of the Week.

Last time out, Franz and Petkova Mustafa earned a 6-4 win at No. 1 doubles against Eastern Michigan, improving to a team-best 6-3 on the year.

With the win, Franz now has 78 career doubles wins, ranking second on the CSU Individual Doubles Wins List.

Franz and Petkova Mustafa will be back in action with the Vikings on Friday, traveling to Cincinnati for a 6:30 p.m. contest.
