Women's Basketball
-The Vikings will return to action with two home games this week, hosting Detroit Mercy on Wednesday and Robert Morris on Sunday.
-Last time out, Cleveland State picked up an 87-75 victory over Wright State, improving to 13-5 on the year.
-Entering the week, Izabella Zingaro (15.2 ppg), Colbi Maples (14.7) and Jada Leonard (13.6) all rank in the top-five in scoring among Horizon League players.
Men's Basketball
-Cleveland State will return to the Wolstein Center for a mini two-game homestand this week, hosting Green Bay on Thursday and Youngstown State on Saturday.
-Last time the Vikings played at home they picked up a 99-86 victory over IU Indy.
Swim & Dive
-Cleveland State has a week off before hosting the Cleveland City Classic on Saturday, Jan. 24, with John Carroll and Baldwin Wallace.
-The Vikings started the second half of the season with a sweep of Niagara, with the men winning 190-85, and the women, 175-103.
-Tyler Schultze claimed multiple victories with the 100-yard breaststroke (55.91) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:03.81).
-Gracie Chelf was victorious in the 50-yard freestyle (23.56) and 100-yard freestyle (52.28).
-Audrey Butcher claimed the 100-yard butterfly (57.42) and 200-yard butterfly (2:09.21).
Track & Field
-The Vikings head to the Al Campbell Invite hosted by Akron on Friday.
-Cleveland State kicked off the new year at the Marshall Alumni Classic with seven personal-best times and one school record.
-Deena Ingrassia set the program record in the 600 with a time of 1:39.47.
Men's Tennis
-Cleveland State will open its 2026 spring slate on the road this weekend, traveling to Penn State on Saturday.
-Last week, the Vikings were selected as the preseason favorites in the Horizon League North Division.
-The Vikings return seven letterwinners from last year's team, including a trio of all-league honorees in Lincoln Battle, Cole Chappell and Carl Gedlitschka.
Women's Tennis
-Cleveland State will kickoff the 2026 spring season on the road this weekend, traveling to Eastern Michigan on Saturday.
-Saturday's match will mark the first of six straight road contests for the Vikings.
-Last week, the Vikings were picked to finish fourth in the highly competitive Horizon League.
